During my recent stay at Ha Noi Lake View Hotel & Travel, I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful combination of hospitality and practicality that made my experience truly memorable. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the charming Miss Cherry and her wonderful team, who epitomized warmth and helpfulness—truly a breath of fresh air after a long flight from London. The hotel’s location is a standout feature, nestled right in the heart of Hoan Kiem, with stunning views of the lake just across the street. This central spot made wandering through the old quarter and sampling the local fare of phở noodles and bánh mì sandwiches a breeze. After a day of exploring, returning to my clean, air-conditioned twin room was a sanctuary, equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a well-fitted bathroom that made winding down a pleasure. Breakfast was not just a meal but an experience—plentiful and delicious—while enjoying the views over my steaming bowl of pho. I also appreciated the attentive staff who were genuinely keen to assist, whether it was organizing my airport transport or recommending hidden gems in the city. As I celebrated a friend’s birthday during our stay, the personal touch of a cake delivered to our room was the icing on the cake, quite literally! Ha Noi Lake View Hotel & Travel epitomizes value for money, and I emerged feeling enriched, having enjoyed a quintessentially Hanoi experience with impeccable service.
